About Field Hockey

Field Hockey
Field hockey is an 11v11 game played on turf that combines the best of soccer & ice hockey and is the world’s 3rd most popular sport! It is played by both men & women at the Summer Olympics, and in the US, there are over 300 universities with teams in the NCAA. It is a fast-paced sport in which players use the flat-side of their stick to dribble & pass a ball around and try to score on the opposing team's goal!
Our programs cover basic to advanced skills, play real games, and have fun!! Boys & girls develop offensive & defensive skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and tackling - all the fundamental, age-appropriate skills to play games successfully and build hand-eye coordination, agility, and teamwork. More advanced teams will also learn tactical strategies to increase their effectiveness in a game and support any goals they have for the sport like playing in college or beyond!
